This post is inspired by a fellow blogger Jeanine Bryers. This is her Facebook background. Isn’t her avatar cute. I love the cozy look and feel of this photo. That is how Jenine makes people feel though. Jeanine is an author, spiritual growth coach and Reiki healer. She is also an advanced chakra healer, a spiritual aromatherapist, and a hand mudra yoga therapist.
Here is a photo of my beautiful friend from her blog. Jeanine specializes in self-care, self-love, and self-discovery. She is also I healer and a lightworker. After reading her article
I though about it a lot. As a lightworker myself, I want to help humanity evolve. So, how do I Brenda Marie help humanity? Or, a better question might be how can I help humanity more?
At first, I thought, I do through my poetry. My poetry is my gift, it is my passion and I do share it with the world.
Then, I started doing the Soul Healing card readings. I do this to help inspire and heal.
How else do I help humanity? Well, I write articles from time to time about self love, self-awareness and self-understanding. I would not say that I am an expert at writing these types of articles.
I thought about the question a little bit more. I asked myself, are you truly sharing what you love and what you know with people? This was not an easy question for me and I had to look deep. I have a wide verity of spiritual interests that I have not shared with people. I will have to make a list of them and share one that I know a lot about.

Thank you. What is a lightworker?
Light is part of energy it’s part of being an energy healer.
I think in any field of work that fosters a personal connection with people, what you do for them is to listen to them and to take them seriously. That’s how you’re helping humanity to evolve. At least in my personal opinion.
That’s is only part of it though.
