Poem: Power of the Soul

When shadows stretch and doubts invade,
And dreams feel faint and hope seems frayed,
Remember this in the darkest hour:
Your spirit’s flame holds endless power.

Though storms may rage and winds may howl,
And life may cast a heavy scowl,
Within you lies a quiet might,
A beacon burning through the night.

Each struggle faced, each trial has born,
Is like the breaking of the dawn—
A testament to strength unknown,
A seed of courage newly sown.

So lift your gaze and let hearts rise,
Beyond the pain, beyond the cries,
For in your chest, a hero’s heart,
A force that will not fall apart.

Embrace the path, no matter how,
The future’s yours to shape, and how—
For in your soul, resilience springs,
And every challenge, strength will bring.

Thank-you for reading,

Much love and light,

Brenda Marie
