Guided Meditation: Connecting to and Healing with the Violet Flame
Find a quiet, comfortable place where you can relax without distractions. Sit or lie down in a position that allows you to be both relaxed and alert. Close your eyes and begin to take a deep breath in… and out. With each breath, allow yourself to release the tension of the day. Feel your body settling, becoming soft, calm, and open.
1. Grounding and Centering
As you continue to breathe deeply, bring your attention to the present moment. With each inhale, feel a sense of peace coming into your body, and with each exhale, release any stress or worry. Let go of everything that no longer serves you.
Now, imagine roots extending from the base of your spine deep into the Earth, anchoring you. Feel yourself grounded and supported by the energy of the Earth. As your roots grow deeper, feel the steady, calming energy of the Earth rising up through you. This energy fills you with a sense of stability, strength, and security.
2. Calling in the Violet Flame
Now, bring your attention to the space above your head, to the Divine Light of Source. Visualize a brilliant, shimmering violet flame descending from the cosmos. This flame is pure, healing, and transformative. It is the Violet Flame, known for its power to purify, release negativity, and bring healing energy into your being.
See this violet flame moving toward you, wrapping around you like a gentle, radiant mist. As it touches your body, you feel warmth, comfort, and a sense of deep healing. The flame radiates love and wisdom, and its energy is perfectly attuned to your highest good.
3. Inviting the Violet Flame into Your Being
As the Violet Flame envelops you, feel its gentle warmth flowing through your body, starting at the crown of your head. Let this healing flame move down, through your head, your face, and your neck. Allow any tension or discomfort to dissolve in the presence of the Violet Flame.
Let it continue to move down through your shoulders, arms, chest, and back, soothing and healing any pain, discomfort, or emotional blockages. As it touches each part of your body, imagine it gently transmuting any negative energy into pure light.
Feel the Violet Flame expanding through your torso, your abdomen, hips, legs, and feet. Wherever it touches, you are healed. Allow the flame to heal your physical body, your emotional body, and your energetic body. With every breath, you invite more of the Violet Flame’s energy to dissolve any negative emotions, thought patterns, or past hurts.
4. Releasing and Letting Go
As the Violet Flame works within you, it begins to lift away old energy that no longer serves you. Let go of any fear, anger, or resentment that you’ve been holding onto. Allow the Violet Flame to burn away any limiting beliefs, self-doubt, or past wounds that have held you back.
Imagine these negative energies as dark, dense clouds dissolving into the Violet Flame, transmuted into light. You are free from them. Feel yourself becoming lighter, clearer, and more vibrant with each passing moment.
5. Invoking Healing and Transformation
As you continue to bathe in the light of the Violet Flame, invite healing into any area of your life that needs it. Ask for the transmutation of any challenges or struggles you are facing. Whether they are physical, emotional, or mental, know that the Violet Flame has the power to heal them.
Call upon the Violet Flame to clear and balance your energy, your relationships, and your mind. Affirm silently to yourself:
- “I am free from all that no longer serves my highest good.”
- “I am healing and transforming through the power of the Violet Flame.”
- “I release all negative energy and invite pure, healing light into my being.”
- “I am whole, I am healthy, I am at peace.”
Feel the Violet Flame aligning your energy with divine peace, wisdom, and balance. Know that you are supported in your healing journey, and that transformation is taking place in every area of your life.
6. Embracing the Healing Light
Take a moment to simply sit in the presence of the Violet Flame, feeling its love, warmth, and healing energy. Know that this energy is available to you at any time. You can return to the Violet Flame whenever you need healing, guidance, or a reminder of your inner strength.
As you breathe deeply, allow the Violet Flame to integrate its healing energy into every cell, every fiber of your being. Feel a sense of deep gratitude for this transformative energy, knowing that you are now lighter, clearer, and more aligned with your highest self.
7. Returning to the Present Moment
Now, slowly bring your awareness back to the present moment. Feel your body resting comfortably where you are, grounded and calm. With each breath, feel the connection to the Violet Flame within you, always available to heal and guide you.
Begin to wiggle your fingers and toes, gently bringing movement back to your body. When you’re ready, open your eyes, carrying the healing energy of the Violet Flame with you. Know that you are whole, healed, and radiant, and that the transformation you’ve experienced is lasting.
