
Begin by finding a quiet and comfortable place to sit or lie down. Close your eyes and bring your attention to your breath. Inhale deeply through your nose… and exhale softly through your mouth.
With each breath, allow yourself to sink deeper into a state of calm awareness.
Inhale… and exhale…
Let go of the day. Let go of any tension in your body. Let go of anything that isn’t yours to carry.
Now, gently bring your awareness into your heart space. Imagine a soft, golden light glowing there. This is your soul light. This is your power, your essence, the pure frequency of your being.
Take a deep breath into your heart… and exhale.
From this space of calm, say—either silently or aloud:
“I now call back all of my power, across all timelines, lifetimes, realms, and dimensions.”
Repeat this again, with even more intention:
“I now call back all of my power—past, present, and future—through all time and space.”
Feel a shift beginning to take place.
Visualize golden threads of light returning to you from every direction—threads of your soul essence, coming back from people, situations, lifetimes, and dimensions where you left pieces of yourself behind.
Some return from childhood moments. Others from ancient lifetimes. Some from alternate futures or parallel versions of yourself. You don’t need to understand where they’ve been—only that they are returning to you now.
You may sense these fragments as colors, lights, emotions, or even memories. Welcome them all.
“I lovingly retrieve all of my energy that has ever been given away, taken, lost, or forgotten. I call it home now.”
“I reclaim my sovereignty. I stand whole, healed, and restored in my full power.”
Feel the golden light in your heart expanding, growing brighter as your essence returns to you.
You are safe. You are supported. You are whole.
Now, declare:
“All cords, contracts, and connections that no longer serve my highest good are now released, transmuted, and cleared across all layers of my being.”
“I forgive what needs to be forgiven. I release what needs to be released. I call my energy back to its rightful home—in me.”
Feel a powerful wave of light wash over you—cleansing, realigning, and restoring your field.
Rest here for a moment. Let the silence speak. Let the stillness fill you.
And when you’re ready, gently say:
“Thank you, thank you, thank you. It is done. It is done. It is done.”
Take a deep breath in… and slowly exhale.
Wiggle your fingers and toes, gently bringing your awareness back into the room.
When you’re ready, open your eyes.
Welcome back—more whole, more you, than ever before.
