Guided Meditation: Clearing Negativity from Your Aura

Settle into a comfortable position. Let your body begin to relax, your breath soften, and your awareness gently draw inward.

Begin by grounding yourself.

Close your eyes.
Take a long, deep breath in…
Hold it…
And slowly exhale.

Let your shoulders drop.

Take another breath in—
Imagine you’re breathing in calm, stable earth energy.
Exhale—
Releasing tension, heaviness, and worry.

One more time—
Inhale peace…
Exhale release.

Allow your breath to fall into a slow, steady rhythm.

Now, bring awareness to your energy body—your aura.

Picture your body surrounded by a soft field of light.
This is your aura—your energetic boundary.
It extends a few feet in every direction: above, below, in front of and behind you.

Begin to sense it, even if just faintly.
It may appear as color… as a vibration… a warmth…
Or simply as a felt sense of space around you.

Trust whatever comes.

Scan for heaviness.

Now gently scan your aura from top to bottom.
Start above your head—
And slowly move your awareness downward.

Notice any areas that feel dense…
Cloudy…
Sticky…
Heavy…
Or simply not yours.

You don’t need to analyze—just observe.

Now begin to clear.

Visualize a brilliant light forming above your head.
It may be golden, white, silver, violet—whatever feels powerful and pure to you.

This light is divine, loving, and intelligent.
It begins to flow gently downward—like a waterfall or shower of light—
Washing over your aura.

As it moves down, it clears away all energy that does not belong to you.
Old emotions… residual stress… other people’s energy…
Anything you’ve been carrying that isn’t yours…
It’s all lifted and released.

Let it flow.
Let it fall away.

See the light move from above your head, through your shoulders, around your chest…
Down through your arms, your hands…
Around your back and hips…
Through your legs, knees, and feet…
And all the way into the earth.

All that no longer serves you is leaving now.
Effortlessly.

The earth receives it and transforms it.

Fill your aura with positive energy.

Now that your field is clear, it’s time to replenish.

Picture a warm, glowing energy pouring into your aura—
Filling every space it once held.

This energy is peaceful.
Joyful.
Empowering.
You might sense colors, feelings, or even words.

Let your aura drink in this energy.
See it expanding gently, glowing brighter, steadier.

You are filling yourself with your own light now.
Your essence.
Your strength.
Your truth.

Seal and protect your energy field.

Now imagine a soft, shimmering boundary forming around your aura—
Like a cocoon of light.
It’s permeable to love, connection, and joy…
But strong and firm against negativity or draining energy.

Say silently or aloud:

“I am grounded, clear, and protected.”
“Only energy aligned with my highest good may enter this space.”

Take a breath.
Let those words settle.

Return gently.

Feel your body once more.
Notice your breath.
The support beneath you.
The lightness of your field.

Begin to wiggle your fingers and toes.
Roll your shoulders, your neck.

When you’re ready, open your eyes.

Take a deep breath in…
And slowly exhale.

You are clear.
You are radiant.
You are whole.
