You see the light I try to hide,
The spark that flickers deep inside.
When I forget what I can be,
You bring the best right out of me.
You lift me up when I feel small,
Remind me I can rise from falls.
Your faith in me, so calm, so true,
Rebuilds the strength I never knew.
You speak in ways that heal and grow,
And help the better parts to show.
You push me gently toward the sky,
And catch me when I dare to fly.
You don’t just love—you understand,
You hold my fears with steady hands.
And in your gaze, I clearly see
The version I was meant to be.
So here’s my heart, no fear, no plea—
You bring out the best in me.
Thank-you for reading.
Remember there are many paths back to God.
Follow your own path,
