There is a spark no storm can steal,
A quiet truth we often feel—
Not in the sun, nor silver rain,
But deep beneath our joy and pain.
It flickers soft when nights are long,
A silent hum, a sacred song.
It holds us when the world feels dim—
This quiet strength, the light within.
Not born of gold or grand applause,
It burns for love, not fame or cause.
It rises when we fall apart,
A whispered fire inside the heart.
Through shadowed doubt and fearsome storm,
It keeps the weary spirit warm.
It guides the lost, forgives the past,
And shines in ways that always last.
So when your path is wrapped in night,
And all you see is fading light,
Close your eyes, breathe out, begin—
You’ll find your way…
with the light within.
Thank-you for reading.
Remember there are many paths back to God.
Follow your own path,
