Poem; Love Yourself

Love Yourself

There is a light within your soul,
A quiet flame that makes you whole.
It does not fade when days are gray,
Or when the world has turned away.

Love yourself through every scar,
For they reveal just who you are.
Each wound you’ve healed, each tear you’ve cried,
Has filled your heart with strength inside.

You are not measured by your fears,
Nor by your failures through the years.
You are the hope that still remains,
The rainbow born from healing rains.

Speak gently to the face you see,
Reflecting back your destiny.
Replace harsh words with tender grace,
And kindness will your heart embrace.

Forgive yourself for yesterday;
You learned, you grew along the way.
The path was never meant to be
A road to perfect victory.

Instead, it’s woven thread by thread
With dreams once lost and tears once shed.
Yet every sunrise softly proves
The heart still blooms, the soul still moves.

Stand tall beneath the open sky,
Release the need to question why.
You were created from pure love,
A precious gift from God above.

So honor every step you take,
Each choice to heal, each chance to wake.
Trust the wisdom deep inside;
Your soul has always been your guide.

Love yourself without condition,
Beyond comparison or division.
For when your heart is filled with light,
You help the world grow warm and bright.

You are enough—this has been true
Long before the world knew you.
And every day, in all you do,
May love begin… and end… with you.

Thank-you for reading.
