Journaling is writing your thoughts, feelings, or anything that pops into your mind. Some people find it much easier to express themselves through writing. Drawing is also a form of journaling. Journaling can even be taking pictures and words from magazines and newspapers and pasting them into a book. Journaling helps us become more self understanding and awareness. Writing signs, symbols, synchronicity, and other spiritual happenings and what they mean is spiritual journaling. The major benefits from spiritual journaling are becoming more self-ware and having a much better understanding of how you deal with thing that happen in your life. This can help you improve your life in all areas. You should always be honest with yourself when journaling. We are all human and there is always room for improvement in all areas of our lives.

Spiritual Journaling helps you keep track of your spiritual journey and growth. We are always learning and growing. We develop new understanding daily. Journaling helps keep track of growth and understanding.

Spiritual journaling helps you keep track of meditations and mindfulness exercises. Often, I discover new meditations and different ways to be more mindful. I will try anything once. I write about the activities I enjoy and ones I find helpful.

Spiritual journaling can help with self-care and self-confidence. Believe it or not, meditating, journaling, and mindfulness are a part of self-care. When you write about what is going on in your life, you can see where you have made progress, and this helps build self-confidence.

Spiritual journaling is a great way to keep track of your guides, guardians, angels, and arch-types. I have had many through my lifetime. They give signs in different ways. This is the reason it is so important to understand what signs, symbols, and synchronicity mean to you. Journaling helps you have a better understanding of these.
